To be an organization dedicated to improving the well-being and quality of life of its members in Canada by providing them with the tools to successfully adjust to life in Canada while simultaneously preserving their diverse cultural heritage and assisting each other whenever a member is bereaved

To be a leader in uniting the Gusii Community in happiness and adversity and to develop, empower, strengthen and enhance the capacity of its members in Canada at the individual, family, and community levels.
Membership
GCA is open to all persons of “Omogusii” or Kisii heritage who are over 18 years and their families including non-Kisii/Omogusii spouses and those who share the aims and objectives of the Association
